Visual testing VT

Visual testing is conducted at various stages of production, as well as after the process is completed, on finished components. A very important aspect is the preparation process for welding. At this stage, certain errors can be eliminated, which will later prevent a negative assessment of the weld. Visual testing is a surface method carried out directly using weld gauges, as well as indirectly with the use of fiberscopes or video endoscopes. Visual testing (VT) is performed in accordance with the applicable standards or procedures specified by the client.
