Ultrasonic testing UT

Ultrasonic testing utilizes the phenomenon of ultrasonic wave propagation in a material. These waves are introduced into the material using special ultrasonic transducers and a coupling medium. It is a volumetric method, ideally suited for detecting planar discontinuities such as bonding defects, cracks, lack of fusion, or delamination. We perform tests using defect detectors from SIUI, Krautkramer, and appropriate transducers from reputable manufacturers. We also conduct UT tests according to the IBUS procedure for material thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 8 mm. Testing is carried out in accordance with the applicable standards or procedures specified by the client.
