INFORMATION

Based on Article 32c, Section 2 of the Act of November 29, 2000 – Atomic Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1941), LABO-NDT SZUBERLA Sp. k informs that it carries out activities related to:

• The use of devices that generate ionizing radiation

• The use, storage, and transportation of radioactive sources

Ensuring public safety and environmental protection is achieved through:

• The use of appropriate personal protective equipment

• Regular environmental measurements

• Quarterly environmental dosimetry

• Regular checks of devices that generate ionizing radiation

• Regular checks and supervision of defectoscope containers

• Work conducted in accordance with the obtained authorization and company documentation

In the past 12 months, no incidents or emergencies have been recorded. The effective and equivalent dose readings for the NDT personnel have not exceeded the detection threshold of 0.1 mSv/quarter. All radiographic testing is carried out in such a way that the general public is not exposed to doses greater than 1 mSv.

CONCLUSIONS:

The activities of LABO-NDT SZUBERLA Sp. k related to ionizing radiation exposure in 2024 conclude that:

• No impact on human health or the environment has been recorded.

• No releases of substances have occurred.
